1. Who can use RocketFuel Payouts?

Anyone receiving payouts for services, content, referrals, or other earnings can use RocketFuel. Whether you’re a freelancer, creator, or affiliate — we’ve got you covered.

2. How do I get my transfers to claim the $10 reward?

You should be able to choose RocketFuel as your payout option on the merchant’s site you’re working with. Once your merchant allocates funds to you via RocketFuel, you can complete your KYC and withdraw your money.

If you don’t see RocketFuel as an option on your merchant’s site, just let us know at [email protected], and we’ll reach out to your merchant to help enable it.

3. Do I need to complete KYC to withdraw my funds?

Yes. Completing your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can withdraw your funds.

4. What currencies and payout methods are supported?

You can transfer/withdraw your funds in popular cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, or in fiat currencies including USD, EUR, and more.

5. Is there a minimum amount required to withdraw funds?

Yes, the minimum withdrawal threshold is typically $50, but it may vary slightly depending on the merchant. For the account we will allocate you reward from, minimum amount is $10.

6. Can I use RocketFuel if I work with multiple merchants?

Absolutely. RocketFuel creates a separate balance for each merchant you work with, making it easy to manage earnings from multiple sources in one place.

7. Where can I track my rewards and transfers?

You can log in to your RocketFuel dashboard to track all your rewards, transfers, and balances in real-time.
